Steve Utley, CEO of Sex Drive Energy Drink attended the kick-off to the week long celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week at the University of Miami. It included a food fair with over 50 restaurants and food and beverage products. The event also included a panel discussion with the founders of various Brands that were in attendance and later an address by the founder of Subway.
"It was my pleasure to attend, meet and talk with many of the students and young entrepreneurs at the event, I was inspired and encouraged by these students enthusiasm for business", said Sex Drive CEO, Steve Utley. The appearance was part of the energy drink program, called "Sex Drive on Campus" whereas the company agrees to sell the product to student organizations, Fraternity's and Sorority's at wholesale pricing. Sex Drive Energy Drink is a premium energy drink with a cool name. Loaded with B Vitamins, a lose dose of caffeine and other premium ingredients to give you sustained energy for those long study nights at the College.
The Launch Pad is the entrepreneurship resource center on campus, serving students and alumni who wish to start and grow their own companies and non-profits. In addition, we offer programming related to entrepreneurship and business development open to the entire South Florida community. We are excited to again be hosting Global Entrepreneurship Week (Nov. 15-19) at UM. This initiative administered nationally by the Public Policy Institute in D.C. serves to unite millions of young people, promoting creativity and imagination. At The Launch Pad, we recognize that entrepreneurship is a viable career path and our purpose in supporting Global Entrepreneurship Week is to expose our South Florida community to that idea, and celebrate our very own entrepreneurs.
